Who discovered tea?

I can't believe I'm English and don't know this. Who discovered this majestic drink? Who saw a tea leaf and said to themselves "if I pour boiling water on that and [maybe this was somebody else later] add milk to it, it will taste really nice!". Who was it? Whoever it was, I thank them heartily on behalf of the team.

Good day to you

Hi Chris and the TEAm,
I believe it was some Chinese emperor who "discovered" tea. Some tea leaves fell by accident into some water heating over a fire and he found it tasted quite nice...I can't remember where I read that though. Not sure about who first added milk, or how black tea came about though.

milk was first introduced to tea to protect fine bone china cracking when boiling water was put into them. A splash of cold milk would protect your incredibly expensive china cups!

You can increase your water intake throughout the day.
If you only lift ten pounds routinely, your muscles will

First of all I would like to say wonderful blog!

I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you do not mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your mind before writing. I've had a hard time clearing my mind in getting my thoughts
out there. I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually lost just trying to figure out
how to begin. Any recommendations or tips? Thank you!
